After a campaign mailer from an Alabama-registered 1776 PAC flooded mailboxes of the Cullman-area community he’s running to represent, Allbright said he and his family “have chosen to stay positive and continue to talk about the issues of District 11 that matter most to people.”
“You may have received a mail piece today from my opponent, Don Fallin, attacking my character, my integrity, and my beliefs as a conservative. I wanted to apologize on his behalf. This isn’t how Republicans should conduct themselves.”

As the special primary election for Alabama House District 11 approaches on May 13, 2025, Republican candidate Heath Allbright is confronting what he describes as “dishonest” attacks targeting his character and family. These attacks have emerged as the campaign intensifies, with Allbright emphasizing his commitment to the community and his readiness to serve the district.

Allbright, a lifelong resident of Cullman County, has been actively involved in local education and business. He served two terms on the Cullman County Board of Education and owns Brighton Forestry Services, a timber harvesting and reforestation company based in Holly Pond. His candidacy follows the resignation of former Representative Randall Shedd, who vacated the seat to join the staff of Senate President Pro Tem Garlan Gudger .

In response to the attacks, Allbright has publicly denounced the tactics, calling them misleading and harmful. He asserts that such strategies undermine the integrity of the electoral process and distract from the real issues facing the district. Allbright’s campaign focuses on bolstering education funding, protecting constitutional rights, and promoting job creation through support for small businesses and infrastructure development. He emphasizes the importance of preserving the values that make District 11 home .

As the election draws near, Allbright continues to engage with voters, seeking to address their concerns and reaffirm his commitment to representing their interests with integrity and determination. The outcome of this special primary election will play a significant role in shaping the future of Alabama House District 11.
