- College Applicants: Incoming college freshmen are required to submit a clear picture or scanned copy of their Senior High School Card/Form 138, a 2×2 picture with a white background in semi-formal attire, a valid email address, and a contact number. A minimum down payment of Php600.00 is also required.
- Senior High School Applicants: Incoming Grade 11 students must provide a clear picture or scanned copy of their Junior High School Card/Form 138, a valid email address, and a contact number. A minimum down payment of Php600.00 is also required.
- Junior High School and Grade School Applicants: Incoming K2, Grade 1, and Grade 7 students need to submit a clear picture or scanned copy of their School Card/Form 138, a valid email address, and a contact number. A minimum down payment of Php600.00 is also required.
NDMC has outlined a straightforward online application process to ensure efficiency and convenience:
- Online Registration: Applicants must provide all necessary information in the online registration form and upload a recent 2×2 picture and a clear copy of their Form 138 or report card in JPEG format. Incoming K2, Grade 1, Grade 7, and Grade 11 applicants are required to submit a soft copy of their PSA Birth Certificate.
- Evaluation: After submission, the Dean or Assistant Principal will evaluate the applicant’s status for admission. Applicants will receive a text message regarding their admission status.
- Payment Instructions: Admitted applicants will be given a temporary ID number and payment instructions via text message. Payments can be made at the NDMC Business Office or through M Lhuillier branches nationwide.
- Payment Confirmation: Applicants must upload a clear copy of their payment receipt in JPEG format through the designated link. Once payment is received, applicants will be notified via text message of their enrollment confirmation.
- Schoology Account: Enrolled students will receive their Schoology account on or before the start of classes.
